Welcome to Patriotic Party Rentals, LLC ("Patriotic Party Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your rental of party equipment and related services.

By using our website, requesting a rental, submitting a booking request, or entering into a rental agreement with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Patriotic Party Rentals provides party and event rental equipment and related services, which may include tents, tables, chairs, trash cans, lighting, sidewalls, delivery, setup, and teardown.

Availability of rental equipment is subject to inventory availability and confirmation by Patriotic Party Rentals.

2. Rental Reservations

A rental request submitted through our website does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation becomes confirmed when Patriotic Party Rentals has accepted the reservation and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Rental availability may change until a reservation is confirmed.

3. Rental Period

Rental periods may vary depending on the customer's rental agreement and event requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers must return or make rental equipment available for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

Additional charges may apply for unauthorized extensions, late returns, loss, damage, or other violations of the applicable rental agreement.

4. Equipment Care and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of all rented equipment while it is in their possession or control.

Customers may be responsible for damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or other damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or failure to properly care for rented equipment.

Additional rental-specific terms may be included in the customer's rental agreement.

5. Tents and Weather

Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Patriotic Party Rentals.

Patriotic Party Rentals may refuse to install, may remove, or may require the removal of rental equipment when weather or site conditions create an unsafe situation.

Customers should not use tents or other rental equipment in conditions that create an unreasonable risk of injury or property damage.

6. Payments

Customers agree to pay all applicable rental charges, deposits, delivery fees, setup fees, teardown fees, taxes, damage charges, and other agreed-upon charges.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

7. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are final and no refunds will be issued.

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure and hold rental equipment and reservation dates.

In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the customer will not receive a refund of payments made. However, the non-refundable deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future reservation, subject to availability and approval by Patriotic Party Rentals.

Credits issued for future reservations:

Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
Must be used within a reasonable time period as determined by Patriotic Party Rentals
May only be applied toward rental services provided by Patriotic Party Rentals

Nothing in this section is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be communicated to Patriotic Party Rentals as soon as possible.

All cancellations are subject to the Refunds policy outlined in Section 7.

The applicable rental agreement or booking confirmation may contain additional cancellation terms. If there is a conflict between these general Terms of Service and the applicable signed rental agreement, the applicable rental agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.

9. Delivery, Setup, and Teardown

When delivery, setup, or teardown services are purchased, customers agree to provide reasonable access to the event location.

Customers are responsible for notifying Patriotic Party Rentals of conditions that may affect delivery or setup, including restricted access, stairs, gates, narrow passages, underground utilities, uneven ground, or other site conditions.

Additional charges may apply when conditions require additional labor, equipment, or time.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, product availability, pricing, photographs, descriptions, and other information may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information at any time.

11. SMS/Text Messaging

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Patriotic Party Rentals, LLC, you agree to receive SMS messages consistent with the type of consent you provided.

Messages may include:

Rental confirmations
Booking updates
Event reminders
Delivery and pickup information
Customer service communications
Responses to customer inquiries

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting products or services from Patriotic Party Rentals.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request.

We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number.
